Founder of NorthPulse Group LLC, a U.S.-registered AI automation agency specialised in building intelligent systems that eliminate manual work and scale business operations. I architect end-to-end automation infrastructures — from AI customer support to lead qualification, content engines and workflow automation — delivering fully operational systems in under 48 hours, reducing workload by up to 70% and tripling qualified leads.
Designed StudioFlow, a SaaS booking platform for recording studios that modernises how artists and studio managers schedule sessions, manage payments and track availability. I led the full UX/UI design, built a real-time calendar system and developed the brand identity. The platform reduced cancellations by 40% and increased recurring bookings by 62% across European pilot studios.
Led product design and experience strategy for MindShift, a corporate wellness app built around micro-habits, weekly challenges and emotional tracking. I created the full UX/UI system, the gamification model and the HR analytics dashboard. The platform increased wellness-program participation by 48%, reduced absenteeism by 22% and reached a 4.7★ satisfaction rating in pilot testing.
